Postdoctoral Fellow
I am a Sir Henry Wellcome Research Fellow based in the Rakoff-Nahoum lab at Boston Children’s Hospital. My research focuses on the development of novel experimental and theoretical methods to study the ecology and evolution of microbial communities. I am particularly interested in the factors that govern the dynamics of the gut microbiome, and investigating the role environmental complexity plays in how microbes interact and evolve.
